Welcome to HSAGP Energy LLC, a joint venture between Hyundai Motor Group (HMG) and SK On, at the forefront of electric vehicle (EV) innovation. Hyundai Motor Group and SK On have formed a Joint-Venture to build and run a modern battery cell factory in Bartow County, Georgia. This location is near existing Hyundai vehicle manufacturing sites, improving efficiency. The plan aims to produce 50 million battery cells each year, enough for about 300,000 electric vehicles. The factory is expected to start operations in late 2025, representing an important advancement in the electric vehicle sector.

Our batteries are utilized in vehicles manufactured at Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America (HMGMA) in Savannah, GA, Hyundai Motor Company in Montgomery, AL, and Kia Motors in West Point, GA. By combining the technological expertise of Hyundai and SK On, we are leading the charge toward sustainable mobility.
