Mechanical Utility Engineer

The Utility (Mechanical) Engineer is responsible for the planning, design, and management of all mechanical facilities related to utility equipment, including temperature, pressure, power, and clean room/dry room systems necessary for processing or manufacturing raw materials. This role involves overseeing the installation, operation, maintenance, repair, removal, and disposal of mechanical systems such as HVAC equipment, Clean Room / Dry Room system, Steam System, Chilled Water and Cooling Water System, NMP Recovery, Hot Oil Boiler, A/C tower, Scrubber, Pipeline System, N2 gas, waste water, valve, any other utility related systems. Process Engineer

Battery manufacturing is composed of electrode, assembly and formation processes. In the Electrode process, raw materials are mixed and coated on to foils to make electrode sheets. Then, electrode components are stacked, welded and packaged in a cell housing during the Assembly process. Finally, through the Formation process the assembled cell is activated with electric energy and tested to evaluate its performance and characteristics. Battery process engineer is responsible for work that includes but not limited to monitoring, analyzing, and reporting of production results, and ensuring high yield and productivity for each electrode, cell assembly and formation process by implementing and improving manufacturing methods and processes. Electrical Utility Engineer

The Utility (Electrical) Engineer is responsible for the planning, design, and management of all electrical facilities and instrumentation across production sites and offices. This role encompasses engineering, planning, purchasing, and troubleshooting of electrical wiring and distribution systems. The engineer provides guidelines for the operation and maintenance of electrical systems and implements energy-saving initiatives through effective management and efficiency improvements of electrical installations. Control Engineer

Controls engineers for battery manufacturing are responsible for ensuring that plants create the best products possible in the most efficient manner. They are highly analytical and use these skills to examine and improve processes in order to increase productivity. At the same time, they are responsible for ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained. As they perform these functions, controls engineers must also be able to work with other departments and external parties to create and implement processes to increase the plant’s efficiency. This position will also need to interact with other teams and vendors to solve complex and/or urgent problems by identifying and evaluating alternatives or by providing needed information and advice. Maintenance Engineer

Battery equipment maintenance engineer is responsible for ensuring the reliable operation of equipment and machinery for the production by performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. This position will also need to cooperate with equipment engineers, controls engineers, production engineers, process engineers, production managers, and other teams to minimizing downtime, maximizing uptime, and optimizing production efficiency. Production Planning and Control Engineer

Production Planning (Sr.) engineer plans Electrode, Assembly, and Formation production schedule throughout reviewing each production process's capability and inventory status and abnormal status. The engineer manages and keeps production data such as operation rates, yield, OEE, and downtime in daily bases and create report based on all production related data.
